No verified owner reviews yet. We publish only reviews from people who can show they own the robot, and we summarise — never rewrite — published third-party tests.

Published reviewRobot-Forum member (industrial integrator) · KR6 Agilus R900-2 deployed in a pick-and-place cell retrieving parts from a tote along the Z-axis from above

Integrator reported that the arm repeatedly hit a wrist-axis singularity during retraction, occasionally tripping a software limit switch that required manual recovery; other forum engineers advised there was no automatic fix and recommended avoiding the singularity zone with calculated path segments rather than expecting the controller to handle it.

  • Wrist singularity near the A5 zero position trips a software limit switch mid-cycle
  • No automatic recovery from the fault; each occurrence needs manual intervention
  • Avoiding the singularity requires a software workaround rather than a controller fix

Published reviewangelos vasileiou (Robot-Forum member) · Bought two secondhand KUKA KR6 Agilus R700 sixx robots (ex-Singapore) for a design/architecture diploma project in Athens; no prior robotics background

First-time owner said the robots arrived as separate, unpaired mechanical unit/controller/pendant packages with missing safety-interface (X11) cabling, which blocked any jog movement with an 'active commands are inhibited' fault; after replacing a battery, nine other faults still remained and the poster needed step-by-step forum guidance just to get basic motion working.

  • Arrived disassembled across multiple packages with unclear pairing/documentation between the two units
  • Missing safety interface (X11) cabling prevented any movement out of the box
  • Numerous persistent fault codes required extensive expert troubleshooting to resolve
