Astribot T1 Reaches the US From $18,000, With 'Immediate Delivery' Claimed

Shenzhen-based Astribot showed its T1 humanoid in North America for the first time at IROS 2026 in Pittsburgh (September 27 – October 1). The headline for buyers: US pricing starts at $18,000, and according to the company’s September 30 press release, US customers can order now with immediate delivery available.
What the spec sheet says
The company lists the T1 at roughly 1.55 m and 66 kg, with 23 degrees of freedom (excluding end effectors) and up to 5 kg of payload per arm. It uses a cable-driven body, supports automatic charging and quick battery swaps, and exposes an SDK and API for joint control, Cartesian motion, whole-body coordination and sensor data. Battery runtime, IP rating and speed were not published, so we list them as unknown in the T1 entry.
The caveats
- “Starting at” is not a quote. The modular design means end effectors, compute modules and sensors are add-ons. Astribot published no configuration pricing, so the real landed cost is unknown.
- Delivery is a company claim. We have no independent confirmation of units shipped to US customers yet.
- It’s a developer platform. The release pitches T1 at researchers and developers; the Lumo-2 model’s household demo (tidying items into a backpack) is a demonstration, and Astribot says further task capabilities depend on more training.
Where it sits on price
At $18,000 the T1 undercuts Astribot’s own S1, which we still track as an enterprise-only estimate in the $50,000–$100,000 range with no official list price. It lands close to 1X NEO’s $20,000 early-access price, though NEO is a home-assistant product with a very different pitch, and sits well above the sub-$10,000 Chinese entries. See Astribot and our humanoid price guide for the wider field.
Our read: a published US starting price plus open orders is more than most humanoid makers offer. Until we see a configured quote or a delivery, treat $18,000 as the floor, not the price.
